Solving Approach

At this length, the average word here runs about 3.6 letters. With plenty of short words in the mix, start by isolating any single-letter or two-letter groups — those are almost always "A," "I," "TO," "OF," or "IS." This is rated hard — the substitution pattern is less forgiving, so patience with frequency analysis pays off.

About Ezekiel

Ezekiel was a Hebrew priest and prophet who lived during the sixth century BCE, active during one of the most turbulent periods in ancient Israelite history. He was among the Jewish exiles deported to Babylon following King Nebuchadnezzar's conquest of Jerusalem, and he delivered his messages to fellow exiles along the Chebar Canal. The biblical book bearing his name contains visions, allegories, and oracles that are among the most elaborate and imaginative in ancient Hebrew literature, including the famous vision of the chariot and the valley of dry bones.
