This one works out to about 3.5 letters per word on average. Look for the shortest cipher groups first — they're the quickest way to get a toehold before tackling the longer words. Expect a harder puzzle like this to mix short and long words unevenly, so don't assume the shortest cipher group is the easiest win — check it against repeated letters elsewhere first.
