This one works out to about 4.0 letters per word on average. Look for the shortest cipher groups first — they're the quickest way to get a toehold before tackling the longer words. Watch for apostrophes at this difficulty — a contraction or possessive often exposes a letter you can carry into the rest of the puzzle.
